I have trained with Dave Eveland for just over 5 years. When I first heard of HIT, (high intensity training) I was skeptical because it seemed too good to be true! I could build strength in ONE, 30-minute session per week? After my first month I was hooked and after five years I am still shocked at the simplicity of the training and the maximum benefit I get! As a Chiropractor, I make lifestyle recommendations to all of my patients. I have 100% confidence and trust in Dave and in HIT and thus no problem telling my patients to utilize this method of resistance training. The equipment is top of the line, safe and maximizes my potential with each workout! I blew out my knee and couldn’t recover my pre injury strength no matter what I did; even with PT. I joined The Firm and gained my pre surgical strength and then some.
