About the Program
It is our pleasure to welcome you to Horizon Line. We specialize in a full body, high intensity, mindful strength training program that is accessible to almost anyone and yet is decidedly not for everyone.
As a company we value safety, personal growth, efficiency, and presence. We are on a mission to build Strength beyond Strength. Our training program, designed by James Engum, uses advanced training protocols usually reserved for body builders balanced with safety and the mindfulness of a yoga, or martial arts practice.
As strength trainers, we guide and coach you into the productive moments where peak experience and peak performance converge and you discover what’s beyond the Horizon. It’s effective, sustainable, and one of a kind. We teach you how to Train Hard while keeping you safe and pushing your edge so you grow stronger physically and mentally.
We support your nutrition by sharing our Eat Smart philosophy and carefully selected recommended resources. We encourage you to rethink “cardio” and instead Play Often, doing any movement that brings you joy.
Don’t be fooled. Though the time you spend in the studio is brief, in order for your body to optimally benefit from the workouts, you will need to practice self care throughout the week: Think hydration, rest, movement, and nourishment. You know the saying “you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.”
Communicating objectively about your well-being/stress level at the time of the workout is key for your trainer to create the best workout possible. Workouts are scalable in order to give you a 100% workout even if you aren’t feeling 100%. Safety and efficiency are critical and once you schedule a session, you will see and feel the difference.Pricing and Details
